BlotCycler® Mini is a compact bench-top device that automates western blot processing.
Simply place your blots in the system’s trays – no cassettes or cards needed. BlotCycler® Mini offers four sizes of trays, delta, mini, midi or mega.
Load your blocking buffer, washing buffer, and primary and secondary antibody into the containers. Excess primary antibody is collected and saved for reuse.
Program protocol steps using the touch screen. Set blocking time, number of washing steps, dispensing and mixing of antibody – hybridization can be programmed up to 144 hours. Membranes are agitated efficiently and consistently, buffers thoroughly drained, antibody added automatically – each step is performed exactly.
Once blots are removed, a cleaning cycle prepares the system for the next run.
